  • Grazing boxes are provided in partnership with Great Est Grazing, We offer meat-based, vegetarian, and gluten-free grazing options.

includeD IN EVERY PICNIC

  • Premium umbrella (unless windy or indoors), picnic tables, rugs, cushions, table decor, dried flowers, glassware, plates, cutlery, placemats, napery, champagne bucket and mineral water.

  • Set up at your chosen location in Lake Macquarie, the Hunter Valley, or Newcastle. We also service the Port Stephens or Central Coast area for 14+ guests.

  • Three hours to enjoy your picnic, when we will leave you alone to relax.

  • We will then return at the agreed finish time to pack away your picnic and clean up, leaving the area as pristine as we found it.

You are welcome to order from our Luxe Lakeside wine list, specially curated for our guests by Carey Bay Cellars. If you order direct from Carey Bay Cellars and say you are attending a Luxe Lakeside picnic, we will pick up your order for you and bring it to your picnic free of charge. All our items are of lovely quality. For that reason, we require a $200 security bond with every group booking and $50 with every couple’s booking.
This will be returned to you within five working days after we have packed up your picnic and confirmed that all items are still in their original/undamaged condition. Thank you for your understanding.

WITH GRAZING

2–3 people (excl. proposal picnics):
$550 + GST

Proposal picnics:
$600 + GST

4–6 people:
$800 + GST

7–10 people:
$1000 + GST

11-20 people:
$90 per person + GST

WITHOUT GRAZING

2–3 people (excl. proposal picnics):
$450 + GST

Proposal picnics:
$500 + GST

4–6 people:
$600 + GST

7–10 people:
$800 + GST

11-20 people:
$70 per person + GST

Please note: Picnics located in the Hunter Valley, Port Stephens or Central Coast will incur an additional $100 travel fee.
Picnics located in Port Stephens or Central Coast require a minimum of 14 guests.

Surcharges add on:

Public holidays will occur a 25% surcharge

Proposals at sunrise/sunset will occur a 15% surcharge

Picnics booked after 4pm will occur a 10% surcharge.
